By accessing or using VAUULT, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms in full. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

VAUULT is an offline-first, local-storage utility application that allows users to store, organize, and protect sensitive digital text (such as PINs, passwords, seed phrases, and personal notes) on their personal device using AES-256 encryption. The App operates exclusively on the user's device and does not transmit data to any external servers.

By using VAUULT, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for remembering and safeguarding your PIN and/or master key. Ofuani Group LTD does not store your PIN or any encryption credentials, and has no ability to recover, reset, or restore access to your vault if you forget your PIN.
• You are solely responsible for all data entered into the App. You must ensure that any data you store complies with applicable laws.
• You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose, including storing stolen credentials or data obtained through fraud.
• You are responsible for maintaining adequate backups of your device data via your device's native backup system (iCloud or Google Drive) to prevent data loss.

Because VAUULT is an offline-only application with no cloud backend:

• Ofuani Group LTD is not responsible for any data loss resulting from deletion of the App, factory reset of your device, device failure, forgetting your PIN, or failure to maintain device-level backups.
• Ofuani Group LTD is not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your device by a third party who obtains your PIN or passes biometric authentication.
• We make no warranty that the App will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted at all times. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

VAUULT offers a "Lifetime Premium" unlock via a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play).

• Nature of Purchase:Vauult Max Subscriptions enable you create and edit an unlimited number of records within the App. If you revert to the free version, you can still access and view all your existing records, but you won't be able to create new ones or edit existing ones until you unlock again.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Apple or Google. Ofuani Group LTD does not store any payment card or billing information.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the refund policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store respectively. Ofuani Group LTD does not process refunds directly.
• Purchase Restoration:You may restore your Lifetime Premium purchase on any device signed into the same Apple ID or Google account by using the "Restore Purchases" function within the App.

All intellectual property rights in the App — including but not limited to the VAUULT name, logo, design, and source code — are owned by or licensed to Ofuani Group LTD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ofuani Group LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business — arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Lifetime Premium unlock (if any).

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Ofuani Group LTD does not warrant that the App will be secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ofuani Group LTD is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
