Privacy Policy

VAUULT is built on a zero-trust, offline-first architecture. This means we do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any of your personal data or vault contents. Your data never leaves your device.

We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any account information
• The contents of your vault (PINs, passwords, notes, or any other records)
• Your device's location data
• Analytics or usage telemetry
• Crash reports that contain personally identifiable information

All data you enter into VAUULT is stored exclusively on your device. This includes:

• Vault records (PINs, passwords, notes, digital assets)
• Categories, colors, and organizational preferences
• App settings and reminder configurations

This data is encrypted on-device using AES-256 encryption and is only accessible via your PIN or biometric authentication. Ofuani Group LTD has no technical capability to access, read, or recover this data.

VAUULT relies on your device's operating system backup functionality:

• iOS:Encrypted data may be included in iCloud backups if you have iCloud Backup enabled. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Android:Encrypted data may be included in Google Drive backups if enabled. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

The encrypted app data in backups remains unreadable without your PIN. Neither Ofuani Group LTD nor the backup provider can decrypt this data.

Purchase transactions for VAUULT Premium subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Ofuani Group LTD does not receive or store your financial or payment information. Please refer to Apple's or Google's respective privacy policies for details on how purchase data is handled.

VAUULT does not integrate third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, or behavioral tracking, and the App does not display ads. We strictly utilize a service called RevenueCat to manage and validate in-app subscription statuses. RevenueCat generates an anonymous, randomized identifier to verify your purchase, but it does not collect personal information and has absolutely no access to the encrypted contents of your vault.

If you enable expiry reminders, the App schedules local notifications on your device. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on-device and do not involve any external servers or notification providers.

VAUULT is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has used the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the App and on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
